We experienced great service at Warwick Auto Body. Marlin explained the ins and outs of state procedure when it came to my husband’s car being totaled and was patient and very kind. We had a free loaner from them in the meantime before we were able to replace that vehicle which was a great help. Everyone I spoke to over the phone was friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to support a small local business and end up with great looking auto body work (I had a large dent on the bumper fixed and a broken side mirror replaced on my car). They send email updates about your car as well with photos so that you know what stage of the process is being completed.

If you need any cosmetic work done on your car please check out Warwick Auto Body !!!! The whole process was so easy and stress-free during a stressful situation of getting into a car accident...They send updates by email explaining everything that is happening with your car. I got into an accident and they replaced by entire back bumper. They also detailed and made my car sparkle. Hopefully I will never get into another accident but if I do Warwick Auto Body is where I am going.

I worked with Marlon, who was absolutely wonderful, professional, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. He made everything so easy for me, from coordinating with the insurance company to helping me get a rental car (and even dropping the rental off for me!). The whole process was seamless and stress-free. The communication was excellent. I received regular updates on the status of my car, so I always knew what was happening. When I picked up my car, it looked like new, they even detailed it before returning it to me! I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the outstanding service.
