First time customer and will return. The check-in staff are friendly, relaxed, and know the business. I had my front brakes rotors and pads replaced and tires balanced and rotated . My brakes are great. The price was RIGHT on. I found a new mechanic that checks all the boxes.

9/14/24 - TIVERTON AUTO BODY LEFT A SENIOR WOMAN STRANDED. I first called AAA who told me they couldn't tow me because I was at the beach and their trucks would get stuck! SERIOUSLY?! People at the beach said call the police department, as others have when they got stuck. The PD just gave me Tiverton Auto Body's number. They refused to come out stating it wasn't safe and their trucks would get stuck too. AGAIN, SERIOUSLY?! I stated my car is low to the ground, I was not near the water, I was next to the picnic table, close to the road. Nope. Told me to call Ray's Towing because they tow for AAA. That's not how AAA works, you don't call the tow company first, and AAA already told my they weren't coming. Both of them left me stranded! I had plastic bags in my car and tried putting them under the tires for traction but nothing was working. It's September and not a lot of people were around. I finally found some people who were willing push me out. I had no idea what I was going to do otherwise. Thank you so much to the man and his 2 boys at Fogland! I do not recommend Tiverton Auto Body, and I'll never use them for anything. You've lost any possible business from me.
