Scott was extra polite and was SUCH an active listener. He really workes with us to understand our concerns and walked out immediately after hearing to look at our tires. He inspected all four and laid down to check the (important axle/bearing/wheel stuff). He reassured us and really gave us great advice. We had gone to three mechanics this morning and he was the first we heard something helpful from. c:
