I recently scrapped a dump box off of a dump truck. I called prior to taking the box inquiring about the process and what the scrap rate was for what I was bringing in. I got a price of 6 cents per pound for steel. Every time you call their number you listen to a recording stating the 6 cents per pound price paid for steel before the phone gets answered. I went to the scrap yard and was pleased with the service that I got. I even left a $20.00 bill there for the gentleman who helped to off load the dump box. Upon leaving I noticed that I was only paid 4 cents per pound. Since I scrapped 11,480 pounds that means that I was short changed $229.60. I called back to ask about this and was told that I would get a call back. Two weeks later and I'm still waiting on that call back. I called back several more times and obviously they recognize my number, because none of my calls get answered. Prior to me questioning this discrepancy I had no problem getting through. I would have appreciated enough integrity from this company to correct their mistake or clear up any misunderstanding. They were not interested in either. If you have dealt with them in the past and had positive experiences with them then keep going. Otherwise, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. Just so that they don’t come back and try to say that we have no record of you the ticket number is 35495. That may help refresh their memory.

I have changed my rating from 1 to 3 because though it took till I went up there to get someone to come out. They filled a can and told me I would have a new one out to grab the rest that was 3 business days ago. but guess I will have to call because even though my name on here is hard to get info from, half of the workers called me so they have my number I'm sure I will have to ride up there again. And though I talk to several people including the owner who never got back to me I want to thank Ms. Pam she really know how to get things done .

They don’t even deserve 1 star. They came and crushed about 100 cars for us 3 years ago and promised they would clean up and level the ground after. Here it is 3 years later, our lot is still a disaster, they don’t return a phone call. A bunch of liars! We will never do business with them again!
