I always get my oil change here and they are always GREAT! But this time Josh went above and beyond to help me out when I dropped my car off after hours and locked my house keys in my car! He graciously came back to the shop long after closing time to help me. He was gracious and caring! They are a real asset to our community! Thank you Josh!!!

I take three cars to The Auto Shop of Chapin on a regular basis. They are consistently friendly and always do great work. I see them for maintenance such as oil changes as well as repair jobs such as fixing a broken A/C in a 2004 vehicle, replacing tires, replacing a starter, replacing broken valves/caps/lights, and more. They give clear printouts of needed repairs, but apply absolutely no pressure to do the work. It’s a refreshing experience. The mechanics are excellent, the office staff is organized and friendly, and the overall experience is always pleasant. They will continue to have my business, and I highly recommend them to others.

I booked appointment online so was able to use a discount coupon. That was nice. Of course they found a ac filter they suggested I change which ran bill up. But only there about 45 minutes.
