We took our 1996 Ford Truck to be serviced and fixed because it was not running they came and picked it up and had it for a week they called and told us it was fixed. When we paid our bill I asked the cashier about the starter and she told us the problem was not the starter it was the items listed on the invoice. We were able to drive it home but the next day the truck started doing the same thing as it was when they picked it up this time we were able to get it started again and get it home. A few days later we tried to start it again and it would not start and was doing the same thing it was doing when they picked it up I called expecting that Elloree Automotive would stand behind his service and offer a solution but instead got a list of reasons why he did not have to stand by the service we received from them. One of the items he said was fixed was installing the starter we had previously purchased which left me confused because we were told they did not replace the starter. He continued to tell me that truck is old and likely is another problem that he could look at it Again And let us know it was up to us My problem with this company is not he’s wrong it could be another problem and it could be, it is the way he operates his business and not standing behind his services and the attitude he displayed. I gave 2 stars because he did fix the ignition/coil issues but he did not fix the problem we asked him to fix and did not consider that it could be something they missed. he could have defused our frustration by understanding why we are frustrated. I would extend extreme caution when using this businesses services.

We broke down out of town. Stopped in looking for a brake line. They didn't have it in stock but without asking called around to several places for us to try and locate one. Very thankful for all the help.
