My husbands truck got towed from Walmart off #1, mind you he wasn’t there overnight. We were told a specific time to pick the truck up to be recovered, 1pm. We arrived at 12:59. Waited 32 minutes with our 2 year old for someone to arrive (we were told they were “running late from church”) but the driver said “the dispatcher never told me to be here at one and I was taking lunch to my son”; and was told we could ONLY PAY CASH! Not one person told us that we needed cash until we were there waiting for someone to arrive. We could have gotten that money out in cash the entire 30 minutes we waited for them to arrive late. Don’t tell people a designated pick up time if you’re not going to be there within the time frame and sure as heck don’t expect people to assume it’s cash only. AND ICING ON THE CAKE… they had no change to give us for the cash. ROBBERY!! DO BETTER!! You can’t steal people’s money.

I was stuck like chuck with a truck and a gooseneck. County towing got both of my rigs out and to a safe destination for a very reasonable price. Lets just say they showed big kindness in the situation and were extremely competent.

$395 charge and extreme damage to my car because they towed me from a Walmart parking lot. Truly do not understand the audacity to overcharge more than any big city towing companies AND damage your vehicle while doing so.
