Pickens Auto Repair does a quality job and the work they do can be trusted. I have known these men for years and they stand behind their work and treat customers well. They were up front about the time needed for repairs and scheduled my repair accordingly. I have not had any difficulty or needed to return my vehicles to them nor have I had to wait longer than expected to get the work completed. Quotes were given prior to work being done and I have never had any complaints. They are doing a great business and it is good idea to call ahead of time to schedule work to make sure they will be able to promptly do your repairs, without undue delay.

Never Again!! I took my car to have them check out a few issues and find the problem. They told me they could get to it in a couple of days. They never once called me. I called a few days later, and was told the car would be ready the next day, and told me to call back. I called the next day, and was told again it would be ready the next day again, and to call back again. Again and again, the same thing.. Eventually, I began calling every 3-4 days, and was told the same thing every time. They were rude and apparently annoyed with me calling. Finally, they claimed it was done.. 3 WEEKS AFTER I HAD DROPPED THE CAR OFF!! They charged me $1500 for repairs that I'm not positive was ever done to the car, and was very rude when I picked it up. Whatever they did, the car drove way worse than it did before I took it there... I PAID $1500 AND THE CAR COULDN'T EVEN MAKE IT HOME FROM THE REPAIR STATION!! I went back to argue their "repairs" and they proceeded to tell me that they "didn't have time to check the car for the problems", and that I would need to bring the car back in when they had more time to check it. MORE TIME?? THEY HAD 3 WEEKS!! They said they would call with an estimate for the charges for them to check it, WHICH WAS WHY I TOOK THE CAR THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!! Of course, they never called. I'm done with this place for good!!

I have had these guys do much work on all my vehicles.this is the best shop you will ever find in our area.they are honest, dependable, and their rates are better than anywhere that I have found. I'm about yo have exhaust work done on my truck. I trust them completely. Love these guys . They treat you like family. If you've got trouble, can't find a better place.
