Everyone is always super helpful and courteous. I don't think there's been one time that I've went there and they weren't smiling ? or joking around. The guys back in non-ferrous have been especially helpful to me as there were times that I thought I had one type of metal whether it be brass, aluminum or copper thinking it was one or the other they pointed out the differences and have always been honest when they could have cheated me because I didn't know the difference . That speaks volumes about their character and I've learned a lot from them. They're really good people to do business with.

Mona at the customer service window was awesome! She was courteous, professional and explained the process to have items weighed. She then explained the pricing of item scrapped. The service was fast. Will definitely use their services again if needed.

Everyone has been very courteous and informative in my trips to the yard,being from out of town, I was unsure about different procedures and asked alot of questions they answered them all with patience and the utmost respect and the front desk has been full of smiles.
