Hands down the BEST auto shop experience I’ve ever had! Collierville Import went above and beyond from start to finish. Amer, the owner, personally arranged to have my car towed from Southaven to Collierville late in the evening, and it was running again the very next day. The diagnosis was quick and honest — just a bad battery. Danna at the front desk was amazing — super knowledgeable and helped get my replacement battery covered under warranty. My car was ready fast with zero stress or surprises. Truly fast, friendly, and professional service. I can’t recommend them enough. If I ever need a mechanic again, this is the ONLY shop I’ll call!
