Driving from Texan, just passing through. Woke up this morning, truck won’t start, not sure of problem. Called roadside assistance, “Beaty Towing will respond within 2 hrs”. Spoke with Preston on the phone and he said he was on the way, quick, friendly response. Being on a Sunday, the dealership was closed but he made several calls trying to expedite the process. He also recommended a couple of hotel options and gave me a ride. I was in the emergency field (paramedic) for almost forty years. Traveling away from home, new surroundings, not knowing anyone when something happens can really cause unnecessary anxiety/stress to us all. Preston was a welcoming sight, with a hometown friendly attitude, good equipment, and fast service to get us both out of the cold wind and rain. Great experience with Beaty Towing.

Have nothing but praise for Beaty towing. Our car was hit on our way to vacation and he came right away on a Sunday to tow it . He goes above and beyond for customer. He stayed in constant communication with me and even cleaned out my belongings and mailed them to me. I super highly recommend using them . So rare to find service like that anymore. Thank you again.
