So I broke down on 75 on 12/14/25. Tennessee is experiencing colder than normal temperatures and i had multiple shops basically tell me I was out of luck for the night. Luckily Chris’s repair shop called reeds for me and sent someone right away. I don’t remember the man’s name, but I do remember him saying he was turning 67 this week. This man came out In the single digit temperatures when he didn’t have to and he didn’t complain. He let my dog sit In the truck while he hooked my truck up and I was thankful for that. He was professional and very good at what he does. He also drove me to a hotel to save me a little more money. I would not hesitate to call them again and I wish there were more people left In this industry like the man that towed me.
