Lexington Towing and Recovery is your one-stop call. Absolutely amazing people. Key word in their business name...RECOVERY. They lead with the heart and have your best intentions at heart. Fair, honest, and upfront. But above all, highly skilled and professional at what they do. When we had an SUV that slid off a gravel road into a deep and muddy embankment, they were there and carefully pulled it out and up onto a rollback. In a previous recovery attempt, it had sunken to the frame. Highly highly recommend!!! Highly skilled people are in high demand for a reason, so absolutely worth the slight way to get the job done right, with expertise, and care!

True kindness still exists in this world. We were driving home from Houston to Nashville and at 2am in the morning, our car just started pouring out gasoline from underneath. We were stuck in the boonies with 2 dogs, a kid and a baby with all hotels fully booked and no Ubers able to take us home. We were 2 hours away from home. Lexington Tow came and picked up the car. But what's amazing is that without us even asking, Vik offered to come back, drive us home, with his personal vehicle, 2 hours away to Nashville at 4am in the morning. He did not ask for a single cent. He just wanted to make sure my family was safe. If it wasn't for the authentic altruism and kindness from this good Samaritan, we would probably have had to sleep outside a closed gas station overnight, with a baby and a kid. Kindness still exists...and I didn't realize I would find it in the middle of nowhere in rural America. As a big city folk, I am blown away and this experience has changed the way I look at the world.

I can’t thank Lexington Towing enough for the incredible help they gave me late at night when my car broke down in the middle of nowhere. It was past midnight, I didn’t know who to call, and I was completely stranded — but they answered right away and treated my situation with genuine care and urgency. The dispatcher was polite, reassuring, and made sure I felt safe while I waited. That kind of professionalism and compassion really stood out. The driver arrived faster than I expected, and he was so friendly and calm that it immediately eased my stress. He carefully checked my car, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable before towing it.
