Brought our truck in for what should've been a quick job four tires, two rims, and a drag link. You'd think that's maybe a half-day repair, right? Nope. These "pros" managed to stretch it into three full days. Impressive. Then came the bill. Apparently, asking questions about the parts they replaced is frowned upon, and for every 30 minutes they had to wait on us, they tacked on $80. Funny how it's perfectly fine for them to keep us waiting three days, but the moment the tables turn? Suddenly our time is the problem. The owner, Gerald, is definitely a character let's just say customer service isn't exactly his strong suit. If you're hoping for quick, fair, or even halfway decent service, keep driving. Unless of course, you enjoy paying extra to be inconvenienced. Quick Update 9/22/25 a day later one of the tires they sold us exploded. Real quality work with quality parts.

RED FLAG WARNING.. NICE GUYS I WILL SAY THAT.. BUT THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.. MY TRUCK WAS BROUGHT IN WITH A WRECKER.. THE MECHANIC WORKING ON MY TRUCK PULLED ME ASIDE AND SAID.. BE CAREFUL THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF.. HE TOLD ME HE WAS QUITTING AND THIS WAS HIS LAST DAY AND HE WAS NOT EVEN ABLE TO PAY FOR HIS APARTMENT RENT.. AND HE'S LOSING HIS APARTMENT AND HE HAS TO MOVE.. SO I LISTENED TO HIM AND DID AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE TO MY TRUCK.. BECAUSE THE RED FLAG WENT UP WHEN THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE COST FOR REPAIR BEFORE THEY STARTED ON THE TRUCK. LABOR WAS ONLY 8 HOURS WORKED TOTAL. I WAS THERE AT THE SHOP SO I KNOW THIS..OR ONE DAY AND THE NEW PARTS INSTALLED.. COST UNDER $1,000.. FOR MY TRUCK AND TRAILER REPAIR AND THEY ENDED UP CHARGING ME FOR ONE DAY OF REPAIR WORK FOR LABOR COST$4,000 ON DAY TWO.. OF THE REPAIR I DECIDED TO LEAVE WITH MY TRUCK.. I DID PAY THEM IN FULL $5,000.. AND MY TRUCK WAS NOT FIXED AND GO TO ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP.. DOWN THE STREET FROM THIS REPAIR SHOP..AND I'M GLAD I DID BECAUSE IT ONLY COST ME $1000.00. TO FIX MY TRUCK TOTAL.. SO AS YOU CAN SEE THEY RIPPED ME OFF..$4,000 FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.. ALSO THE OTHER REPAIR SHOP TOLD ME THESE ARE SOME BAD PEOPLE AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM.. I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY HEARD COMPLAINTS FROM AND GOT RIPPED OFF FROM THEM.. SO YEAH IT WAS A LEARNING EXPERIENCE AND I HOPE YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I WENT THROUGH.. ALSO I DID REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS FOR SCAMMING CUSTOMERS... WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRUCK REPAIR SHOP.

This is not a good place for take your truck for repair. they take one month for changing my truck transmission and they charge me $6,000 for just labor. They charge 4% on credit card charge and that is not legal in a Tennessee state
