The 5 star reviews must be connected to the business... The office guy was flat-out rude and the younger guy working the claw arm thing dropped a treadmill on my bumper. The older guy working with him kept peeking around corners and inspecting the truck like a kid who did something wrong, but I thought it was just my beater trailer that took a hit, so I didn't figure confrontation was worth it. I wasn't gonna cause a scene over a junky trailer... buuuut I saw my rear bumper/step cover was split several days later. It bothered me they SAW what happened and suspected something was wrong, but didn't say anything. Also, there was a truck driver that was throwing a fit to the point it looked like he was on hard drugs. He was angrily motioning me to back all the way out despite there being a line of vehicles behind me waiting on him to get done with whatever it was he was doing for about 20 minutes. When I pointed out the obvious, he pulled through the other way after huffing and puffing in his cab, as if I and the several people waiting behind me were in the wrong and should have all moved for him. So, I pretty much gave them a few loads of scrap for free and wasted my time because they cost me a new bumper cover. Stay away from this place.
