Highway robbery. $0.15/lb for my copper. A cable that is comprised of (12) #8 insulated wires and surrounded by an aluminum jacket. They called it low grade copper (roughly the same price as aluminum breakage). I know dang well that's #2 insulated copper. I get $1.35/lb all day everywhere else. So he offered to give it back, at 4:30 on a Friday knowing they're the only scrap yard for miles. 340 lbs for $50, what a joke. Just like another review stated, yall should be ashamed of yourselves. I will never be back. Customers beware, they will rob you and claim its justified.

I would strongly advise not to go here ever I went there for my first time the other day and from out-of-state I figured the prices would be somewhat different you know and after leaving there I Googled the prices in Texas and find out they are over twice as much from what I'm used to getting in my state and after researching Texas average scrap prices felt completely taken advantage of because I was given less than a third of what the lowest average price is if I would have taken the lowest prices in Texas it's attracted to a dollar from that I was still given hundreds and hundreds of dollars less than this but I believe in karma and the guy that was working knows what he did and I atleast hole he lost some sleep over in my opinion stole atleast$300.00 from me I still get a sick feeling when I think about it so please consider this before you go here I recommend driving the extra 5 miles to the next one

They are a real good bunch of guys plus they also compete n prices with the other surrounding scrap yards
