I had a great experience with Chico Auto Service and want to specifically thank Corban for taking such good care of me and my Explorer. After a stressful week dealing with car trouble and weather, Corban was professional, honest, and incredibly reassuring throughout the entire repair process. He took the time to explain what was going on, kept me informed, and made sure everything was handled thoroughly and correctly. My car is running great, and it was clear that he genuinely cares about doing quality work and treating people fairly! We found out the splash guard under our 2010 Lexus IS250 was loose on one side and needed to get it repaired or replaced ASAP as we had a lengthy trip planned for this week. Called the Chico Auto Service center and they were very professional and did not try to solve the problem and price the solution over the phone but offered to give us an evaluation once they got it up on their lift. Pulled in and in less than 5 minutes they had it up on their lift and 10 minutes later came out to let us know it was an easy fix and the car was ready (and also told me 'no charge' !?! ). Very happy with their service and positive attitudes.

Great people!!! Kim and the owner Terry were so helpful in helping me get my car that caught fire situated. I was pasing through Decatur when this happened and didn't know what to do and they helped me every step of the way with getting it picked up and taken away. Thank you for helping me get through a rough situation.
