Not sure who the public works manager is in this town but they are terrible at their job. This town does things so backwards compared to any small town I've been to. There's literally people in this town on Facebook with lists of water leaks and potholes and everything where they have even been leaking for a year. Oh and you can't drop off trees unless it's Thursday Friday and Saturday but they are open on Tuesday and Wednesday as well but you can't drop off trees on those days because apparently that's too much work to let somebody drive back there and set trees in front of the tree pile.
