Terrible experience today - the price marked is not what they charged me and would not honor it. Charge me four time the amount - he was very rude and unprofessional to represent Napa stores and I will be forwarding my experience there today with receipts to corporate. I encourage everyone to drive to La Grange or Smithville to the Napa stores there where the customer service is superb.

The dude did help me, but ignored me for a loooonng time. Grateful for the help, but made me feel like I was not welcome, actually felt dismissive. Helped a customer for about 10 minutes and ignored me the entire time, them seemed put out that he had to help me. WTHeck? Thursday 9/14th.

I walk in I ask the cashier for a part and he doesn’t answer back just ignores me. Then I ask him if they are about to close because I didn’t like at the time. He blows me off. I ask again and he said with a attitude I am working on it. If you want business you have to be nice not a. Well you know what I mean. I don’t know if he was having a bad day but there is no reason for a Napa employee to act like to a customer.
