They told me & my insurance that my car would be ready in 14 days - gave me an exact date. I called when it was supposed to be ready and they HAD NOT EVEN ORDERED THE PARTS YET! I wish I would've known, I would've driven my car for 2 more weeks while waiting on them! It took them 30 days, instead of 14. It was minor damages, was still drive-able, so it was sitting at their shop for 2 weeks for no reason, while I'm driving a rental. I've used them before & it took over a month then as well - I'll never use them again. Others I've recently talkes to had similar experiences.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My niece's car went in because they hit a pig and did minor damage to the plastic bumper cover and sensors , plus the ac condenser. When we got the car back, it had more problems than when it went in. When it came back, it still had the ac problem, plus other issues because of poor mechanic work. The service took at least 2 weeks longer than it was "suppose" to, and the shop expects us to bring it back to get the "other problems" resolved AFTER they coordinate with the insurance company AGAIN! And they couldn't even get the bumper color right, even though it in the VIN code, that they could have looked at ANY time if they cared about getting the job done right. I tried to talk this over with the owner, and he hung up on me...

Took my car in because of the hail storm had broken glass and standing water in the car Rodger reassured me that he would be able to get the car fixed and remove the water so no mold would grow. He did not the car sat at his shop with standing water in for over 2 months it was not until I stopped by to check on the car that I was informed that it was “ready “ upon looking over pieces of the car were literally falling off they never removed the standing water there was glass all over the seats mold growing everywhere I told him I would not accept that he told me he would change out all the carpet and foam instead he took it out and let it air dry and put back in my car is still full of mold and they are not going to correct the issues they caused from neglect the repairs were over 15,000 and the car is worse then when it went into the shop there’s not enough words to explain how bad this situation is now and it could have been resolved if properly done in the first place now I have to drive my kids and elderly mother around in a car full of black mold
