? Caution – Unprofessional and Misleading Service This company is not a good place to do business with. When I called, I provided both my exact pickup location and the address where I wanted my truck towed. The person on the phone asked me how many miles it was between the two points — something I expected they would calculate since I had already given both addresses. I estimated the distance was about 15 miles and quoted a price of $180, which I agreed to. After waiting about 40 minutes, the tow truck driver arrived and loaded my truck onto the flatbed. Once we were ready to go, the driver entered the drop-off address into his GPS and told me the destination was actually 23 miles away, not 15. I said I didn’t mind paying a bit more, but I couldn’t understand why the company would quote a price based on my “guess” instead of verifying the mileage themselves. The driver then pretended to call his boss and came back saying the new total would be $300. I belive this is an exteme high price but since we were already on the freeway with my truck loaded, I didn’t want to argue — but I felt completely taken advantage of. This was a very disappointing and dishonest experience. It seems like they raised the price simply because of the type of truck I was driving. Beware of this company and its drivers. Their pricing practices are misleading and unprofessional.

Had a flat tire at 3 am. Dispatch told me 30 minutes Ace showed up in 15 minutes he was a God send! He took me to a 24 hour tire shop but the couldn’t change the tire because I had a bent rim that couldn’t be repaired he told me since he should’ve noticed upon inspecting my vehicle he’ll tow me home at no additional cost. Great conversation. Awesome customer experience! I used them the next day to tow it to repair new driver but same great experience!!! 5 STAR SERVICE‼️‼️‼️‼️

Quick, understanding and easy. Tow went above and beyond to meet my needs and took me directly to a place that was able to fix me up at 3 am for no extra cost, even though it was further away than the place I requested. I was quoted near 150 (great price) for a 2-6 mile tow & he made sure to wait and get me somewhere else if the place was not able to fix me up. Arrived within 30 minutes after sending location. Definitely reccomend for DFW/Downtown area assistance!!
