Went there for the first time to buy some exhaust accessories, when I walked in two customers were at the counter getting helped so I waited my turn, while I was waiting more customers walked in. They skipped me and helped them instead, so I just walked out and drove right up the street to RBR truck parts and got excellent customer service.

I broke down coming into Dallas an just happened to stop on the opposite side of the highway from HTP. That was truly a gift from God. the owner provided all the parts that he could and when he didn't have the special belt that I needed for my truck he not only referred me to one of his competitors but even gave me the keys to his car to drive there. This random act of kindness almost brought me to tears and I express to him that I've never been greeted with such humility. He may have not realized it today but for me he was a superhero!
