We had an unexpected issue pop up with our car while on a trip to San Antonio, and being an hour and a half away from home made it even more stressful. We showed up at this shop with only about an hour left before they were closing, and they were incredibly kind and understanding about our situation. Not only did they take the car in last minute, but they fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, which made a stressful situation so much easier. We are beyond grateful for their help and honesty. 10/10 would recommend this shop to anyone—especially if you ever find yourself in a tough spot while traveling!

The company I work for uses Old Katy Car Care for our fleet service and they take excellent care of those vehicles giving us every bit of information we need to keep our vehicles road worthy. With that knowledge I took my personal truck there to have suspension service done. Omar called me as soon as possible with a diagnosis, parts cost, labor cost and estimated time of completion. They provided excellent customer service, superior ASE certified mechanical work, along with a warranty on their parts and labor. It’s hard to find an honest mechanic that provides such excellent services across the board. 10/10 highly recommend. This is my new home for car care.

These guys helped calm me down. I thought my issue was going to be a big, expensive fix. They took a look and made a small suggestion....and it wound up only costing me just under two hundred bucks for something I thought was going to be huge. It meant a lot to me that they took the time to investigate instead of just replacing an expensive part. Someone in my neighborhood recommended them to me and I will definitely recommend them to others.
