When you come to this NAPA, expect to wait as staff generally moves very slow, no matter what time of day. Today i waited by the counter atleast 5-10 minutes as the staff talked amongst each other, ignoring me. When i asked the lady at the front for 10 feet of 5/16 fuel line, she went to the back to look. After about 5 minutes, i asked the counter guy where the restroom and went to the back. As i walk through the door, i see and hear the lady talking about personal matters as i was waiting. This is unacceptable.

Employee 232 was so very helpful. With him even being short handed he still came and delivered the parts we needed. He made sure the parts matched and the belt was the right length before he left. Thank you again we really appreciated it ??
