We were very extremely happy with Hatch's. I was with a buddy doing trail maintenance work on the Trail Between The Lakes in the Sabine National Forest. We got one of our trucks stuck on a forest road. Dustin came out and was efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. We know who will we call next time we get stuck, though we also know to be more careful :).

My van broke down this morning at 2 am, we got the pleasure of Jimmy coming to our rescue to tow ithe car and me all the way to Houston Tx. He was so very kind, so pleasant throughout the trip as I had to ride with him all the way. Was very surprised when he actually bought me a breakfast sandwich, never seen such a kind gesture by anyone. I must say I’d give him 10 stars I’d use this company anytime. Thank you for doing such a amazing job!! We are grateful.

Mr. Jimmy was amazing! Clear communication and quick resolve with my tow. Contracted through AAA but if you’re ever in dire need I would recommend contacting Hatch’s directly. They will get you taken care of with no problems and a smile! Best towing experience ever which is well appreciated in an already stressful situation.
