This is the best service location I’ve ever been to and Mike is hands-down the best service advisor I’ve ever worked with. He’s assisted me many times with my car, and every single experience has been outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely kind. It’s so rare to find someone you can fully trust with your car, and Mike has earned that trust completely. Because of him, I will never go to another service shop, I won’t even go to another Huffines location bc I like this one so much.

Chuck is a great service advisor! I had a problem with the LCD monitor on my Jeep Compass and Chuck did a phenomenal job with not just the service but also the communication throughout the process (the parts had to be ordered from China). The value I received was great and I appreciated the Uber service as well with pick-up to/from the house.
