I hate this place. They have no organize at all. Do not waste your time here. Ill never come do business here again. I hope to hell this place goes out of business.

I wouldn't post this if I wasn't positive it's the truth. Last month when flying I had to weigh my bag. Airline had a 40 lb. Limit. I weighed my bag at home and it matched the airlines scales. Today my scales read that I had 43 lbs. of brass. Lonestar placed my brass in a cheap plastic container. Their scales said 38 lbs. I mentioned it to the guy. He just smiled. I just accepted it and went to get paid. They hand me my check and receipt. When I look at receipt I was only paid for 33 lbs. Because they claim that plastic box weighed 5 lbs. It doesn't I have one like it at home. I weighed it barely a pound. Sure they pay highest price per pound. Their scales got me for $25.00 today. Next time they put my stuff in a tub I better see the tare weight on the side of that tub. EMR is not American owned business. I checked. I'm not giving my brass to someone that may want to use it to kill my family.
