Mr. Sparky was great to work with. He kept us informed and handled everything with the extended warranty company. Very upfront with everything, no surprises and didn't make me feel like he was trying to take advantage of me.

I took my car to Lone Star Transmissions and they had my car fixed and back on the road in a week. Sparky gave us the estimate and was very fair with the pricing. The shop I took it to first told me that it needed to be rebuilt but that wasn"t the case at all. I thank Sparky and the guys at the shop for being fair and honest because it doesn"t happen often.

Dont take your car here...my tranny went out for the 2nd time. The 1st time Lonestar rebuilt tranny it lasted 5000 miles. Sparky rebuilt it again under warranty and here it is 10,000 miles later needing another tranny. Stay away from these junkies..my new tranny guy took it apart and confirmed these guys installed used parts....old torque converter, used clutches and steels, old bushings, filter wasnt on properly, a clip and band missing
