Customer reviews of Graham's Automotive, Inc. in Calera, AL
3.3 stars based on 61 reviews- TTexas Tennessee
The onsite service is actually very good, John is quite friendly dude, he would not waste time in the phone, will not take pictures before I drove 3 hours to get the parts, but if he said the parts are in good condition, it is in great condition. I would recommend it

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. John spoke down to me hung up on me and called me stupid. This company sucks and would never recommend anyone giving business to a jerk such as John. Don’t waste your time with this rundown business. His reviews speak volumes on the type of business he runs.

I tried to buy a truck from this business and had a bill of sale signed by both parties. Joe (the owner) responded and said “Hey Michael. We have decided to go a different route with this truck. Thank you for considering the purchase.” A bill of sale is a legally binding contract and it is very unprofessional to try to back out without any excuse. Be careful doing business here…
