I came by with a real messed up tire. Once my car was off the wrecker these guys got me a used tire for a decent price. The swap was very quick. I asked to see the old tire for the cause of the flat and the tech showed me the old tire, the damage and explained the cause. I'll be back next time I need new tires! Thanks!

Sunday I took my car in for 2 tires on the front (only one was bad). They get a 5 for the tires, 5 for speed in and out. Why the low rating, I went in with 4 matching rims and came out with 3. It was on the passenger side so I didn't notice for a couple days. I thought honest mistake and called them. They told me no way it could have happened. No way and check their shop. OH BUT IT DID! I put air the passenger tire the night before and my car is parked in the garage. They claim my silver rim was always the black one on my care now. Then they try and tell me (see arrows in picture. That the slight rust in the center hub proves I was wrong. Funny the nut and threads show no rust. Also the Yellow A in the rim, I believe is how junk yards put grades on them. Even a guy at Honda says that is a spare tire rim, and my spare is still in the trunk. The ONLY place this could have and did happen at was when my tires were replaced at the shop. My advice if you go there take pictures before yyou allow them to touch your care. I was going to have them do more work for me but after this I would rather have a flat than do ANY business with them in the future! So disappointed!
