Very disappointing experience. A tow truck dropped a vehicle in front of our private residence at the end of a dead-end street without asking or confirming the location. When I questioned the driver while he was unloading, I was ignored. The individuals associated with the vehicle were polite and quickly removed it once they realized the mistake. However, when I called the towing company, the woman I spoke with was rude, repeatedly interrupted me, and refused to acknowledge any responsibility or apologize. This situation could have been resolved with basic communication and professionalism.

This is the perfect opportunity to share my thoughts with you about Miller towing. My first conversation was with Brylee she was super sweet, kind and professional. I am sure you can appreciate this quality of customer service. My driver came out in a timely manner to tow my truck. Henry was very polite while he was here with me. I watched him load my truck. I am certain that my truck is in good hands with Henry. Honestly I can't express the immense gratitude I have for this company and the employees that care about their customers. When situations happen in our life happen, it is an awesome feeling to have these people on our side when we need help! I hope this review will help you if you are looking for assistance. The lady gave me a price then said they couldn't tow from Stephenville to Abilene because she only had one driver and he could not leave the area. Why not state that in the first place. Very rude as well. Definitely not calling them again
