Called for a tow for 8 miles. They quoted me $325. When I clarified by asking "For eight miles?" They said, "That's what it costs to use our company." I could have done without the snotty tone that accompanied that reply. I figured since they were close to where our truck stalled out, it would have been cheaper to use them. When I called another local towing company, I expected the price would be similar. That company was significantly further from where our vehicle was but was somehow half the price, and the dispatcher was polite and helpful in getting a truck to us in 25 minutes. Even if their rates were reasonable, based on how I was spoken to, I would not be calling them again.

Great people and fast and friendly service! Expensive but understand you get what you pay for. My insurance company had me wait 3 hours for no one to show up, so I called these gentleman and they were able to get my car towed back to my house and were professional the entire way through. If you need a quality towing company look no further!

The tow service arrived ahead of schedule and the operator was great. He instilled a sense of confidence as he loaded the car, was courteous and pleasant. I wouldn't think twice before using Wicked Towing again and would recommend them to anyone that needs tow service.
