Save your time with this place. I placed an order and then I had to cancel, it after 2 hours. They charged me $195 to cancel the order. Because it was 10% of my purchase . before I placed the order. They didn't even clarify to me that if I had to cancel that I was going to pay a fee. I would have had maybe understand if they had already received the the part in their store. For them to charge a fee. But I found the part that I needed somewhere else for $349. And I cancel because their part was for $2000.

Dont buy anything electrical from here unless you like giving away free money. I went in to buy a solenoid for my dump trailer and they told me it would work and it didnt so I ended up having to buy another one from online and when I went to return it, they said no returns on electric parts. I wouldnt have spent $70 if I would've known that. The one online was $30 but I needed it that day and was told it would work but it didnt. I probably should have asked about the return policy but the guy told me it would work.

This is the first NAPA store I have ever been too, and boy am I happy I went to this one. The staff here are fantastic and are real car people who know their stuff. They were able to guide me and offer sound advice to help me replace my rotors and brake pads as a first timer. Even though the brake pads didnt work out (Ended up being to small) the team here was patient and very understanding of my situation and even helped me get to the bottom of the mystery. I cannot recommend this location enough not just for its parts, but its people. Shout-out to David (The older one), for his patience with me and my lack of knowledge through the process. You are awesome!
