Avoid getting your car serviced here! First, let me say with the exception of the service manager the two people working in service are very helpful and friendly. I brought my car in to get the snow tires changed off. The person who worked on my car was not well trained enough to know that a specific size lug nut socket needed to be used on a foreign car. As a result, they destroyed my lug nuts and damaged my wheels. When I confronted the manager about the issue, he got extremely defensive and claimed that my wheels and most of my lug nuts were already in bad shape when I brought them in. He did, however, concede that just one of the many dents / chips in the wheels was likely caused by the wheel being struck by a large hammer by his technician. He did replace that wheel with a scrapyard wheel in not much better condition. He gave me five new lug nuts instead of replacing all of the damage ones. I’ve had the same issue at Langway once prior with the same car so I specifically asked them to use a 22 mm lug nut socket. There are much better independent guys in this neighborhood to use for your car. I suggest you go elsewhere.

I was buying a used car for my son and found a promising candidate on car guru. A 90 minute road trip on back roads in leaf peeping season was not the worst way to spend the day and Manchester is a charming town. The car turned out to be what we wanted and every aspect of the sales process was as seamless as it could be. They didn't hesitate to give us the keys for a test drive or to take my personal check. (Another place told us we would need to venmo cash from our bank, something I have found doesn't always work because the app decided it is fraud.) The vehicle had darker tinted windows than are legal in New York and they didn't hesitate to remove the tint free of charge. They recommended a good place for lunch (Zoey's) and by the time we returned the paperwork was ready and 15 minutes later we were on the road. Thanks to Drew and his manager for taking care of us. We learned that 40% of their buyers actually come across the border from New York and they handle all registration details, which involves visiting a NY DMV to pick up plates then mailing them to the buyer as part of the transaction service. Like I said, seamless.
