I purchased a used 2024 Wrangler Rubicon from Casey CDJR, Springfield, VT. The process was flawless from first contact by email and phone to closing the deal. Anastasia answered my many questions about the vehicle and kept me up to date on the recall work. Denis replaced the hv battery under warranty carefully checking the fluid levels the next day before I picked up the vehicle. Earl generously gave me instruction on the controls and infotainment system and Jeep driving techniques during a thorough test drive (this is my first Jeep). This was also my first ever remote purchase in a different state. Mike helped me to return my rental car to enterprise, the nearest office in NH. We closed out the paperwork and financing and I was off on my 4 hour return trip to NY. The next week, Earl called to follow up on the sale to be sure that all was well.
