Customer reviews of Central Wrecker Service in Danville, VA
4.4 stars based on 42 reviews- DDonna Dixon
Professional and excellent customer service is how I would describe Kevin with Central Wrecker Service. I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin today, July 7, 2024 as he was assigned to tow my Toyota Avalon to a car dealership in Danville, VA. Upon arriving to my house, Kevin was courteous, knowledgable, professional and reassuring that my tow would be handled correctly. He handled my vehicle with care and went over and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. I recommend Central Wrecker Service to anyone in need of towing service. To the owner/management of Central Wrecker Service you have a “star” employee in Kevin. He represents your business in a positive way, which makes him a value-add. Please express to Kevin my gratitude for his excellent service.

Excellent customer service. Initial tow truck couldn't tow due to my vehicle being blocked in. Dispatcher called back immediately to say she was sending another driver with a smaller truck. All were courteous and efficient.
