I had to get both of my vehicles worked on in a month's time. The ice storm put a tree limb through my wife's car hood damaging the hood and the windshield. Then my truck was hit while parked. They did a excellent job repairing both vehicles and were always texting us to let us know the progress of the repairs. They exceeded our expectations from coming to get my wife's car with ice and snow still on the ground to even cleaning the inside of my truck after the repairs were done. I highly recommend them for your repair or towing needs.

We are fortunate to have such an excellent shop like this in our small area. They gave us a quote and itemized damages so that we could decide what our budget would allow if we did not want to fix/correct every blemish, chip, or scrape. They gave us some affordable touch-up options for some of the more minor issues that saved us money (Christmas, property tax time, and birthdays hitting all at once, so this was very appreciated). We did not have an insurance claim and just wanted a few things restored out of pocket. There was no pressure from the owner and they only utilized the parts and products necessary in order to get the job done, nothing added on that wasn't required, no surprises. The color match and finish was excellent. They text you along the way to let you know about the progress and turnaround time was fast. I used to go to Tennessee to find quality auto body work but I'm glad to have heard about this shop and will use them now.
