Do not I repeat do not buy a car from them. They will lie cheat, manipulate, forged documents & run your credit without authorization against my full judgment and my desperate state I was in after I had my accident of doing my due diligence. I have been sold a lemon A month to two months after I bought the car, the car has timing chain issues as well as transmission issues and has been a money pit ever since i’ve spent over $1000 while the car was in the shop on Uber. Lyft and rentals out of my own pocket. Here is eight months(got the car JULY 4) and they stop answering my calls and lying. These people are not who they say they are. MIRZA & CARLEE!!! They block my number lied to the bank as well as me about what they were doing with my funds and again ran my credit, but without my authorization, do not buy a car from them if you value your hard earned money and your time do not buy a car from them!!!!

Honestly, I had such a great experience at Car Stop of Colonial Beach. I just picked up a 2024 BMW M3 Competition, and the process was way smoother than I expected. Mirza was awesome to work with. He wasn't pushy at all, just really helpful and patient with all my questions. You can tell he actually cares about helping you out rather than just hitting a quota. If you're looking for a car, definitely go see him. I'm loving the new M3

This was a hard pill to swallow. Paid a lot of money for one of there vehicles and had to spend over 12k to get it fixed a month later. I respect what the young man is trying build but he is going about it the wrong way. Take care of the customer and they will take care of you. He gave me the run around and I just gave up. Never received credit for the 12K I spent and never received my 2nd key that was promised. I would 100% encourage you to stay away from this company. Do not make the same mistake I did! Its damn near scary the way they do business and do people wrong. There is a lack in accounatbliy throughout the company, they 100% lied about the vehicles condition, rushed the sale and I never seen them again! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They need a real leader to come in and clean the house.
