I was looking for a local place to get an oil change and state inspection. It was easy to request an appointment and they completed the work within the estimated time period (2 hours). Not sure why people in other reviews think that any mechanic anywhere would do something within 20 minutes? That’s not realistic. Just go get a coffee nearby and relax. Also, the front desk staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the work that was done along with any recommendations. I really appreciate not feeling “talked down to” like at other mechanic shops. I left feeling like my car was well taken care of and that it will be easy to do that again. I’ll update this review if I get any significant work done or new tires. Thank you!

should have known not to come back for and inspection and oil change because the last time they kept my car for 3 days no actual answer to determine when i would be getting it back and tried to charge 300 dollars for both services this time was no better i had called ahead to make sure i would have my car back in time for work today and called last time before close and the phone was ignored and they closed without calling to warn me i would be out of my car for another day and i would like to point out the long walk i had to take at 6am to work cause im basically stranded without my car was enough to make sure everyone knows also the fact that the first time i came for two services after my dad had them put in the correct price i was charged 50 so why has the price doubled?? worst place ever never bring your daughters here the will bleed their pockets dry with an attitude and when i ask nicely for an itemized receipt i DO NOT deserve the attitude i had gotten you people are sick.

Not friendly and rude. Always denying services or telling us certain people aren’t available that day. What a coincidence that in 2 weeks, we’ve been denied services 4 times. We got there at 4:20pm and they said they weren’t doing inspections because they’re closing… at 5pm! I get it, but the way they spoke to us was not right. My money is as green as any others in this town. We gave them a chance because other co-workers swear by this place. But they aren’t a minority. Im writing based on MY experience here. Not all are rude. There are some employees that are nice but even they look exacerbated. Just today “The inspector didn’t come in today”… again? Do people just not work in Purcellville? Just admit you don’t serve my kind (like other places have told us) so that we can find another place. Y’all need some customer service training.
