The staff here was fantastic when we stopped in for a diagnostic check. We unexpectedly found ourselves stranded there for over an hour due to car trouble, and they hospitably welcomed us in from the cold while we dealt with the issue. A couple of the employees provided helpful recommendations, even though the store was busy. Consider these folks if you need auto parts!

The "best part" of auto parts is dead along with southern civility. My wife comes into this store where she's had tail lights replaced in the past in need of one for her car and despite no business and three employees lounging around the store they refused to help her. The next day shes pulled over by the police for her taillight. I guess people like David Firestone don't exist in Botetourt anymore.
