I am sitting outside of O’Reilly’s now as Jennifer and Kimmie replace my battery. They have been so helpful and kind. It’s never fun to have to drop money on something like this but I always feel taken care of at my neighborhood shop. I know they provide honest feedback about my car and help me get back on the road! I wish I caught the gentleman’s name so I could thank him personally. But last year I locked my keys in my car and I went to O’Reilly’s to see if they had something I could purchase to retrieve my keys. The man at the counter let me take his personal equipment all the way back to my car to get the keys out. Which he did not have to do. Then today, I go in for new wiper blades and without asking or hesitation, in the pouring rain, the same man goes and changes them out for me. Good people at O’Reilly’s.
