The disappointing part is that I prefer to shop local... Keep small businesses afloat especially in tough enough times. I ordered parts that Chelan Auto did not have in stock. I was told a specific price and was willing to take a couple days out of my time frame to wait on them to come in. The day they were due for delivery; they proceed to tell me their shipment hadn't come in with everything they had ordered. I accepted that being that it's not their fault. I show up in store the following morning and they proceed to explain they hadn't gotten their shipment nor had made a call out to them for an explanation as to what had happened. I tell them that for my particular situation, I needed the parts later that day. By the time I had checked back it had been nearly the full day and close to closing time, I call for a status update, they tell me they still have no explanation and that 4 other orders had disappeared along with mine. I normally would not have had any bit of an issue with this but being on a time sensitive time line... I could not wait. I went to a local store who HAD THE PARTS IN STOCK and asked for a price match. The local competitor calls for a quote and they had told them an EXTRA $50 PER PART out of pure spiteful nature for shopping with a competitor. I have for the past several months enjoyed my time doing business with Chelan Auto but unfortunately after today I am less than satisfied with this encounter. Good luck to any continued customers, the prices are fair but the integrity is not.

They saved the day! The gentleman came out and checked out my broken boat trailer and went above and beyond, helping me piece a temp fix together so I could get home. I highly recommend supporting a business like this that displays the values of a small-town auto repair shop. Thank you!!

Went in to get a bulb for my car. Was met with a good morning and friendly smile. I got what I needed quick. I was in a hurry but the conversation was to good to rush out.
