I had an unfortunate thing happen with my RV. I called Triple A. I waited forever for them to answer. I was in a very dangerous place Port of Tacoma and Pacific Hiway. I told the people that I was in dangerous position with semi trucks going to the port and she really was not interested. This is the third time they could not take care of the RV and said it would be two hours. I called Fife Towing and Brian was there in 15 minutes. He was concerned for my safety, loaded me up with all that scary traffic and delivered me safely and even went on to talk to the dealership to let them know what had happened. Great service, concern and I will only call them for help even though I leave at distance. I definitely will be leaving Triple A after 21years. Fabulous experience in a really scary situation.

Had a very small tow right before Christmas and money was tight but they went above and beyond to help me out. I've used them twice and they have been absolutely wonderful to work with each time.

Gary, the driver, was knowledgeable, very reliable, and responsible. He checked everything in detail before towing our car out. Personally, he was very pleasant to work with. I am very impressed and satisfied with him. Fife towing went above and beyond. I recommend Fife towing company without any reservations.
