My car broke down 150 miles from Home. I was lucky that Satsop Towing came to my rescue on an extremely rainy night. Phil was God send and very attentive making sure that I was able to get to the closest hotel to the dealership. Every so often, not enough times, you meet the kindest human being. We were assigned Satsop 24 Hour Towing through AAA when we got a flat tire on the way to camping. Evan the owner was very communicative and knowing that his team would be out late and unable to get to us, let us leave the car so his team could pick it up and then meet them at Les Schwab the next morning. Phil called the next morning when he was on his way to give us his ETA and the whole process was so smooth and they were both so kind and proactive in their communication, going above and beyond.
