HONEST MECHANICS-- It took me awhile to get this review in but I never forgot. A couple months ago I was visiting my family in my hometown of Sequim from Central WA where I currently live. I'm like 4 hours from home. I drive a Subaru with 252,000 miles on it. It's still going very strong and I keep an eye on everything. On the second day visiting there was some considerable vibration coming from the left front tire. I'd never heard anything like that before and it was getting progressively worse, FAST. I was worried the wheel was going to break off. I didn't know if it was a bearing, a joint, the transmission, who knows. It was almost closing time and Sequim Auto Repair was the only ones who answered the phone. We barely made it there and they put the car on the lift immediately. Turns out the tire company I purchased the tires from where I live didn't put the wheel back on very tightly. Sequim Auto Repair was instantly honest about what the problem actually was and popped the wheel back on for us. I need to be very clear about something. I know nothing about cars. They had every opportunity to stretch the truth of the problem and hold me hostage there for a $1600 fix. This was evidently the last thing on their mind, and got me back on the road within 20 minutes. If I ever move back, they have my business for life. Heck, if any of the guys there do lawn mowing on the side or something, I'll hire them too. These are honest mechanics.

Had a rental that started making noise. I called here and they said they could check it out. I arrived and they were courteous and quick! They figured out what was wrong and they were genuinely worried for my safety so they had me call my company to make sure they could work on it. They gave me pictures of what was wrong and they were so nice while we waited. Truly excellent service. Wonderful group of guys! Would stop there again if I lived in the area!

Had an emergency this past week with one of my company trucks. Our business is based out of Port Orchard, so a vehicle breaking down in Sequim was not convenient. My first call went out to Sequim Auto Repair. I was greeted by the friendliest service, I have ever encountered from a repair shop. Trenton, helped me first of all with a towing recommendation then was able to get to our vehicle in a timely manner. He said, it should be completed by Friday, to my joy and amazement, it was ready for pickup, in less than 24 hours. WOW! That is super service! The only thing better was the reasonable price. THANK YOU! You made a big fan out of me!!
