Mike Murphy and the rest of the folks at this shop are heroes! He towed us from Snoweshoe to his shop, and miraculously found a part to get us back on the road back to NC in a timely manner for a reasonable price. They were incredibly kind and hospitable all the while! We’re so grateful for all their help!

Mike is literally an ANGEL! My wife and I got a flat tire about a mile away from his shop, we were on a trip 400+ miles away with no service or any idea as to a solution. We luckily stumbled on his shop right after the flat occurred. He was closed, but saw us on his surveillance cameras and interrupted time with his family to help us. Mike - again, thank you so much for your kindness and assistance.

I had some trouble with getting my diesel truck started while on a ski trip at Snowshoe. Mike was professional and fair with me. He and his staff helped make the best of a bad situation. I would highly recommend Murphy’s to anyone.
