Excellent service. Talk to them on a Thursday late afternoon in need of a 69 Charger dash wiring harness. They had it so I drove a hour and half the next morning. They opened at 7 am and I was in the road by 7.30. Thanks again Vans.

You guys are the coolest parts dealers in the world. Why: First of all, the door parts I received are great. More importantly: You're so honest that you're refunding me the overpaid postage. Not because I know it was too expensive—it was very expensive, but how much does it cost to send a replacement door part to Germany!? I have no idea—I needed the parts. You refunded the difference between the stated postage and the actual price. And we're talking about a few hundred dollars here. All my respect and gratitude for that; honest people must be at work here! A happy customer from Europe. ;)

Bought a gas pedal for my pickup truck. Didn't fit, sent it back guy refused to refund money. He says I damaged it. ? ?. Sent it back in same shape as I received it. Never again vans. Called my credit card company for a refund. Poor business practices in my opinion. Take care of your customers vans.
