I stopped in based on a referral. Staff was so friendly and welcoming.. at first. All I needed was a leaky tire patched, which was quoted at $20ish and 15ish minutes. Perfect! I drove down immediately. I sat for a bit in this cute little waiting room. I kept busy looking at the photos and witty signs. Eventually staff came out to inform me that he couldn't find the leak so he put some weight on the tire and was going to wait a few hours. So far I’m writing up a glowing review in my mind. I even took pictures of the waiting room hoping to gain traction for my review. He later called to tell me it was probably a sticky air valve and the tire might be fine. I drove down to have him put it on for me. A few minutes into my wait, him and another customer who had been outside by my car with him walked in. He announced that he couldn't get the tire on and "doesn't know why anyone buys those things." I know it's not the nastiest thing, but it was certainly offensive. It was worse when he was talking to the woman at the counter and she announced that she has "no desire to drive one of those fancy expensive cars." Now I’m feeling picked on/ the butt of some joke between them and it doesn't feel great. I was tempted to wheel the tire out and leave but figured I better not letting my hurt feelings get the best of me. As I got ready to leave, he told me that if I can't get help, I should to come back and he'd "take care of me." I thought that was sweet but I don’t think I'll be back unless I am driving an American car. As a woman, I’m thankful he didn't take advantage of me and pretend to "patch the tire" knowing full well it wasn't leaking. I paid $10 for the service and took it over to Blain's in Grafton where I was treated by an even more condescending repair technician... but more on that in my review on their page :)

The owner is a classic liar. Rude unethical . He use the fake the your getting helped by family promise as an excuse to do what he please to your car instead of fix the car . He will not ever fix your car. He will have his son lie to you when you call in to check on the car. Comes off Rasict. All he want to do is argue and be rude . Brought him what O’Rellys in Saukville said was wrong with my car . He said that O’Rellys like to make people buy parts ! Like what are you talking about they hook the car up and let you know what is the issue . This man is a joke . He uses people when they are already in a program to get back in there feet to make sure he is paid . He got paid twice to work on my car . One time after he was done I called and told him and he said maybe I should figure that out when I get more money cause he was as doing me a favor. Lies you was hired by family promise I never wanted him to work on my car . Family promise made me as this is the only car place they will allow. Clients to go to . Very unprofessional. No government will tell someone use government funds that they have to go to this man . He lies waste your time and keep your car alone while you does nothing at all until the last minute. My car broke down on the highway because of this man and when the car came back . Again he didn’t fix it lied about other things that was wrong because he knew he didn’t complete much of any work . Right side under tire he put bolts back in a part that should of been properly replaced and I’ll be reporting him and family promise to the state of Wisconsin since they ignoring that fact this man shouldn’t be working on any cars . Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them shop if you know what is good for you . Replace and fix things that are very minor leaving the car unsafe to drive on the road . Please do not go to this man shop ! Please ! He have made me miss work and he never fixed what should of been replaced .
