I am a commercial truck driver for a major company. My truck lost its coolant due to a pinched hose while performing intransit heat to my tank. I was located in a small town with no auto store within a mile of my location where i had pulled over due to loosing all my coolant. I googled all auto stoees near me. This is the only that had the producr in stock was willing to even offer help. It gets better!!! I am horrible with names, but i think it was Joe that was my life saver. He stated they had a truck driver free to bring it to me. He took my info and i informed him that i was a combat veteran of the USMC. He took care of it from there. I really have to thank the guys at this store. This is what America really needs. A place willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. I reccomend any in the Manitowoc area to shop/ due business with store.

Bought a part for my car, turns out it was the wrong one I ordered.. Very unprofessional to not keep names and the number of the person who wants that part to be ordered. When I went to pick it up, I opened the box and it was the wrong part for my vehicle, went back to refund it and was told that I tried refunding my “old part”. But they apologized for giving me the wrong part and said, “I did not open the box before handing it to you, someone else returned their old part and thats why it was given to you.” It had me in tears, lol. Great assumption though! Went to O’rielly’s instead. *did get my refund though, thanks!*
