This is our fourth car we have bought or leased from Stevens Point Auto, and judging from our experience, it won’t be the last. All team members were good but special shout out to our salesman, John Russell, who took his time to answer all our questions about the vehicle, financing and setup. He went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied about our purchase. Also, thumbs up to the person who detailed our new vehicle. We are very particular about the condition of our cars and this detailer presented us with one that put a smile on our faces. Good Job!

Really great no nonsense people. They always skip the bargaining and go straight for market value when it comes to vehicles with fair trade and options. I remember I bought a used Subaru here and shortly after getting it I had to take it in for service and they ran the diagnostics for free to find out it was a small emission leak. Highly recommend for honest workers and business.

Worst dealership to work with when my car needed repairs. Keep in mind I have a warranty on my vehicle, and my deductible is $200, so when they diagnose and fix the problem, that’s all I should be paying assuming that number is being met. They diagnosed the alternator being broken, fixed it, I paid them, and I got my car back. It broke down roughly thirty minutes after I had it. Then after talking to them they proceeded to tell me that I could have broken the transmission after I got it back. Next they told me, I had to pay the deductible a second time since they had to reinspect my vehicle and repair a new issue. If they would’ve done their job to the best of their ability, they should have and would’ve diagnosed the problem as being the alternator and transmission all at once. But they did not, so I ended up having to pay extra fees, when I shouldn’t have needed to in the first place. And during this entire process their communication was horrible, constantly telling me they’d update me by certain days and times but failed to do so. The only times I got updates on my car was when I called them. If you want to go somewhere that can actually help, I’d recommend Kocurek Ford in Wausau. Honestly anywhere is most likely better than getting your car serviced here.
